The Certified Formator™ designation is earned, not given. These are the requirements:
- Complete all 9 chapters within the 2-month access window
- Pass module quizzes (80% minimum score)
- Pass the final certification exam (85% minimum score)
- Submit written practical applications
- Sign the Code of Professional Excellence and Renewal Agreement

Unlike the self-paced Certified Formator™ course, the Master Formator program is largely delivered through live coaching sessions and structured group work - building leadership capability through practice, not just content. The program culminates in a capstone project in which participants apply their learning to a real household system or team challenge, demonstrating readiness for senior and consulting roles.
In-Home Childcare Team Management
Lead multi-caregiver teams with consistent standards, clear communication, and professional structure across staff transitions.
Professional Development Coaching
